Writing for Children

Writing for children is liberating. Seeing the world through a child's eyes means that anything is possible! You are free to unlock your imagination and create a world full of colours and emotions!

It's without doubt incredibly rewarding. What more can one ask than seeing a smile formed in a little child's face when reading your story?

My works:

-'Tommy the Penguin'

'At eight snowballs, forty-five flakes, Tommy came home. It had been a long day. He lay down on his comfortable icy bed, switched on the TV and enjoyed his favourite movie, while munching pop-corn ice-cubes. Exhausted as he was, he soon fell asleep. But then…PLOP!'

-'A tiny ball of needles'

-'Lock and Key'

-'Caterpillar Pauline'

Her passion was making her own shoes
And she had many materials from which to choose
Colourful leaves, that on the ground had already fallen
As well as velvet petals and decorating pollen
                           ***
But as soon as she arrived at her new school
Pauline was made to feel like a fool
‘Look at all these mismatching shoes,’
Lee the Flea said, ‘None of them comes in twos’

-'Paper Dreams'

-'Bree, the unfair bee'

-'Βοήθησε με σε παρακαλώ, χάνω τον αγαπημένο μου βυθό'
